Cancellation policy

We hold your appointment time exclusively for you, so please give us as much notice as you can if your plans change.

• More than 24 hours' notice - reschedule or cancel free of charge. Any deposit is transferred to your new appointment or refunded in full.
• Less than 24 hours' notice - the deposit is retained as a late-cancellation fee.
• No-show - the deposit is retained in full. A package session may be forfeited where a package booking is missed without notice.
• Running late - please let us know. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but your session may need to be shortened so the following appointment isn't affected, and the full fee will still apply.
• If we need to reschedule - you'll be offered the next available time or a full refund of any deposit, at your choice.

Deposit policy

A deposit is required to confirm your appointment. The deposit is deducted from the total on the day.

• Deposits are taken at the time of booking through our booking system.
• Deposits are fully refundable when you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice.
• Deposits are retained for cancellations inside 24 hours and for no-shows.
• Packages are paid in full at the time of purchase.
• Packages are valid for one month (6 sessions) or two months (10 sessions) from the date of purchase, apply to 60-minute body sessions only, are not transferable to face sessions, and cannot be shared between clients. Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period and are not refundable.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy policy

This policy explains how Sphere Body Contouring collects, uses and protects your personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

• What we collect. Your name, contact details, and the information you provide in your intake form - including relevant health history you choose to share so we can confirm a session is suitable for you. We also keep a record of your bookings and payments.
• Why we collect it. To manage your bookings, to deliver your session safely and appropriately, to keep the records we're required to keep, and - only if you've opted in - to send you occasional updates.
• How we store it. Records are held in our booking system (Fresha) and, where applicable, our payment provider. Access is limited to the practitioner. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
• Who we share it with. Nobody, except our booking and payment providers as needed to run the business, or where we are required to by law. We do not sell your information.
• Marketing. You can opt out of any marketing message at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
• Cookies and analytics. Our website may use cookies and basic analytics to understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
• Access and correction. You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@spherebodycontouring.com.au. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

This service is intended for healthy adults. It is not offered during pregnancy or breastfeeding; over broken skin, open wounds or active skin conditions in the area; within 30 days of cosmetic injectables; within 90 days of thread lifts; within three months of surgery in the area; or over non-removable piercings in the area.
